In a handwritten will dated 24 March 1845, Stephen W. Tinkham of Willoughby Twp, Lake County, Ohio directed that his debts be paid and that all remaining property and estate, real and personal, should go to his wife, Roxanne Tinkham, for the rest of her life, then to be split between his 2 children, William W. and Amelia S.. Roxanne Tinkham and William Tinkham, executors. Witnesed by ?van Waite (probably Alvan Waite) and Samuel Tomlin(?) (probably Thomlinson).3
Stephen died on 27 March 1845 in Waite Hill, Willoughby Township, Lake County, Ohio, at age 49.4,2 He was buried in the Waite Hill Cemetery at Waite Hill.2

However, Ora Robert's Tinkham history has date of death as 27 March 1843 and typed summary of Tinkham family history in Bob's files (T-1) indicates he died 10 June 1871 in Orleans Co., NY. Perhaps this was a son of Alanson or Relly Tinkham., grave inscriptions.
